Shipping costs depend on the price of the order. Here are the breakdowns for domestic and international shipping prices.

Domestic
Almost all of Kellits shipping is done using the US Postal Service which offers a Delivery Confirmation service that assures us that your package arrives safely. Items are usually shipped next business day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on the next business day. On U.S. Holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.

International (Not trackable)
Kellits cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties on international packages.
Kellits cannot be held responsible for lost international packages.
Kellits International shipping is done using the US Postal Service and usually arrives to you within 2-3 weeks. For International addresses, the delivery confirmation service is not available.

International Custom Duties
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Kellits. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Store Policies

Payment
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment and PayPal. Registration with PayPal is not required.

Security
Purchases made through the Kellits Online Store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connection. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared.

Sale Items
All sale items are final.
Returns & Exchanges
In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately by e-mail:
sales@kellits.com and let us know and we will take care of it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days/ (30 days international) of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Please note: All items that do not meet the criteria of the returns & exchanges policies listed above will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Only items returned within 14 days/ (30 days international) of their original shipment date will be eligible for cash refund.

Send us an Email first explaining the reason for the return. Send e-mail to sales@kellits.com

For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
